WORK WITH US

We're building the Institutions of the Future by connecting young people and some of the UK's biggest brands, so that they can change the way the world works.

OUR CLIENTS

WHAT WE DO

INSIGHT

With detailed, qualitative, youth-led consultation and co-design, we support brands and organisations to really understand young people and their innovative ideas. After all, they are your clients, your customers, your employees and, most importantly, your future.

RESEARCH

Young people aren’t all the same. We don’t believe in making decisions based on assumption or stereotype. Instead, we’ll design and deliver insightful research projects that help you to make data-driven decisions.

EVENTS AND ACTIVATIONS

We bring together young people in spaces and events that feel relevant and exciting. We can support you to design events and activations that speak to young people in a genuine way.

TRAINING AND PROGRAMMES

We work with brands and organisations to develop their skills to better engage young people. From youth engagement workshops to long term training programmes, we support young people to develop skills that are relevant to them and useful to you.

GOVERNANCE

We support you to keep your decision-making relevant and forward thinking by putting young diverse people at the heart of your business. We support organisations to create new governance structures or work on existing ones that centre youth experience.

YOUTH-LED MARKETING CAMPAIGNS

Ready to unlock a new audience? We’ll help you deliver your key messages to young people in an impactful way. Making co-designed content with and for under 30s that tells stories that are not only relevant to your brand, but relevant to their lives.

OUR WORK IN ACTION

Aston Villa Football Club have an ambition to grow the women’s league and the audience and fan base around women’s football. AVFC wanted to find out from Gen Z what barriers they may face in accessing women’s football and then use these findings to steer a marketing campaign to attract new audiences.

The West Midlands Combined Authority commissioned Beatfreeks to recruit and manage the creation of its first young board, the second of its kind in the UK. This Young Combined Authority helps the WMCA ‘see the world through the eyes’ of young people, to build political leadership capacity, and to involve young people in the devolution agenda.

Blackpool Council asked Beatfreeks to create a campaign targeted at young people aged 16-25 to deliver public health messaging around COVID-19. This extremely time-sensitive campaign needed to galvanise young people into following Government advice to keep safe and well.
