As our Senior Research Project Manager, your role will be to plan, manage and execute projects (some of which will be pure research projects) with skill, enthusiasm and originality. You will work closely with the team and clients, and be responsible for ensuring processes are followed in all your projects. You will also manage a small Insights Team of researchers.
We’re looking for someone with experience in conducting research projects and excellent project management skills (you need to know your Gantt charts and spreadsheets). You will thrive in a fast-paced, youthful environment, be a self-starter, have a high standard of yourself and others and be able to get a bit thrifty when needed.
(Experience of working in a creative, marketing or digital agency, knowledge of safeguarding, knowledge of consents and data protection processes, digital knowledge and expertise, and experience working with young people would be a real advantage)
About the Candidate
We’re not just committed to being an equal opportunity employer, we actively celebrate diversity and respect intersectionality. We strive for inclusion.
We warmly welcome and want applicants from people who are from marginalised or minoritised communities.
If you’re excited but feeling unsure. If you are cautious about putting yourself out there (we’ve been there…) drop us a message to find out more or to talk things through.
First and foremost, we are seeking a person who embodies our core values; brave, real and useful. The ideal candidate is highly productive, passionate and empowered, with a growth mindset. You are a reliable individual with excellent communication skills, who never stops being curious. You know how to ask the right questions.
You are mission minded and commercially driven. You believe in our vision and want to help us get there, whilst leaving the world in a better place. You have experience working within a creative agency or similar fast-paced environment. You know what will appeal to a business audience but also can inject personality into the work you do. You know, or want to know, about popular youth culture.
You’re someone who pays attention to the small things. You’re able to take, and give direction.
