Don't Settle Programme Coordinator

Beatfreeks is seeking a highly organised, reliable and self-motivated Programme Coordinator to join the Don’t Settle team.
Working with the Don’t Settle partners and other stakeholders, you will be leading the governance and advocacy strands of our programme, ensuring that Don’t Settle creates the bases for meaningful change in the arts and heritage sector.
You will thrive in a youthful environment and have a high standard of yourself and others. We’re seeking someone creative, ambitious and determined; someone with a track record of working with organisations to implement change in their practices.
The role is funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.


  • The applications deadline is Tuesday 6th April 2021 at 8pm.
  • Interviews for shortlisted candidates will take place on Thursday 22nd April and Friday 23rd April via Zoom with the Don’t Settle Programme Manager, Beatfreeks General Manager and one Youth Steering Committee member
  • We will be sending out interview questions in advance so you can prepare. We don’t want to trip you up, we want to see if you’re truly a good fit for us.
  • Successful applicants may be invited to a second round meet.
