The Urbansong is a performer, choreographer, dance teacher and peer educator. Having started dancing at 10 years old, he now performs nationally and internationally and has collaborated with some amazing dancers on stage and film. He has a practice inspired by his own life experiences, his community and his childhood dreams.  The Urbansong runs numerous outreach programmes, including the Ishami Talent Camp, which explores dance but also addresses the issues facing the young people he works with.
